    The Committee on Veterans Affairs and Homeland Security moves to amend the bill on page one, line 10, by amending the title of the bill to read as follows:

“A BILL to amend and reenact §15-2-3 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to State Police training classes for other peace officers in the state; continuing entry-level training to be provided without a fee; authorizing the State Police Superintendent to offer advanced level classes for a reasonable fee; creating a special revenue account in the State Treasury known as the “Academy Training and Professional Development Fund”; providing for sources of funding; and authorizing expenditures from the fund for certain purposes.”
